OPM-CHO - Commercial CHO media platform

The OPM-CHO platform is designed to achieve optimal cell culture performance, in terms of high-density cell growth, high titer, and desired quality. OPM-CHO media provide cell culture solutions for transient transfection and stable cell lines, both in small-scale and large-scale biotherapeutic manufacturing.

AltairCHO™ And VegaCHO™ Are the new generation CHO media of high-performing chemically defined media, without any animal-derived component. These cell culture media efficiently support high levels of expression of recombinant proteins and therapeutic antibodies in high-density suspension culture of all CHO cells, including wild-type and genetically engineered cell lines such as CHO-K1, CHO DG44, CHO-S, CHO-M, etc.

OPM-CD Trans293 cell culture medium supports high-level transient expression of monoclonal antibodies. Titer can exceed 1000mg/L

OPM-CD Trans293+293 ProFeed cell culture medium supports high-level transient expression of Lentivirus in conjunction with 293 ProFeed. The LV titer can increase more than 50%, reaching 1X10^7 TU/ml

OPM-CD Trans293 cell culture medium supports the highest level of transient expression of AAV compared to some other commercial media. Prior to process optimization, the AAV titer can already reach 2.29X10^10 vg/ml

OPM-Hybri Platform

HybriSFM-P1B cell culture medium is a serum-free medium with low-concentration protein, specially designed for the growth of high-density hybridoma cells. This medium supports high-density suspension culture of different hybridoma cells and protein antibody expression. It is L-glutamine free and it can be customized according to customer needs.

Classical Media

OPM provides DMEM, RPMI 1640 and other classical media with stable quality, flexible production capacity and fast delivery time. This medium is intended for large-scale manufacturing of therapeutic biomolecules, as well as for research purposes.
